SHC Music Tribe and this website was created solely for the purposes of promoting music events aimed at supporting independent artists and the music they create. In other words, SHC Music Tribe is not a business. 100% of sales from the events SHC hosts at commercial venues and 100% of donations received at house concerts go are given directly to the performers.
These events are hosted in listening room environments. Recording of the performances (audio and/or video) is allowed only with the advance expressed permission of the artist. Still photo and digital cameras are fine, however it is recommended that you ask the artist in advance for permission to post on social media. Flash photography is not permitted.
SHC Music Tribe is the sole owner of any information that you have voluntarily given via email or other direct contact from you for the purposes of receiving news updates and notices of future shows. SHC reviews all emails received for booking. It may take a while to receive a response. Usually only hosts artists already seen in at a live performance are hosted. On the rare occasion an artists not seen in advance will be hosted so go ahead and send the request and be sure to include a link to your event calendar.
SHC events that are hosted at the Mansion on O Street in Washington DC are scheduled for Sunday afternoons and Mondays only. 100% of the proceeds from these events go to supporting their programs . Artists hosted by SHC are sponsored for a portion of the door sales A guarantee may be provided only if a certain attendance limit is reached.
